What's Your Hurdle?

I'd like to think that we all are making conscientious decisions when it comes to taking care of our health. But, the reality is, we have good days, and we have good days with not-so-great choices. Am I right?

Just for example, I can hit the exercise one day, all motivated and geared up, rock it out and feel the burn. And then I can just as easily talk myself off the exercise ledge, knowing that I never, ever, regret a good workout. So what gives?

Now, I'm aware that some of us live every day with a disease or condition that needs medication, lifestyle adjustments, nutrition specifications, and on and on. And even with these things that we KNOW we must adhere to, sometimes we let things slide a little. Or a lot. Like keeping an eye on the blood sugar numbers, blood pressure, or an elevated or depressed mood. Maybe we just need to slow down, take a few things off our busy schedule in order to put our needs first but, while our intentions are good, it just never seems to work out.

No matter who you are, when it comes to taking care of ourselves and our health, hurdles happen. We all face challenges every day. What I want to know is.....what is YOUR greatest challenge when it comes to your health?
