To thine own self...

Have you ever felt compelled to do something big? If so, did you plan and organize your way through it? Or did you just jump, free-falling into the unknown? We all have our own way of approaching things that make us passionate, and that is one of many things about life and human nature I find intriguing.

So, here I am. I did something big. For me, anyway. I followed my heart, my gut, my instincts. I took all these tools I've collected over the years and put them to use. And gave birth to Inspired Health. A wellness studio. I wanted to take all my spa experience, all my nursing education and experience, all my personal and professional yoga experience, and create a safe haven for anyone seeking a healthier existance. And, believe me, there is plenty of my life experience wrapped in here too! We all need support from time to time when it comes to taking care of ourselves, wholly. Mind, body, and spirit. And that my friends, is my passion.

This is my journney too. To practice what I preach and set the example. To be the change. To be the inspiration. I take this health and wellness stuff seriously. Those who know me can attest to that! But I also have a sense of humor too, because I fall flat on my rear end a lot! But, I get back up and start again. That's just how I'm made.

This blog will cover a lot of different topics relating to health and wellness, from recipes, workouts, yoga poses, body image as well as mental health, spiritual being, and meditation. My plan is to create something you will enjoy, learn a little something, and hopefully benefit from and pass on to your friends and family.

See you next time...and to thine own self, be true.

Namaste

Jennifer
