Restorative Yoga Class
Meets on the first Monday of every month from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm.
Perfect for beginners as well as those who practice regularly.
This is a style of yoga that fosters physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. It is appropriate for all levels of experience
and is practiced at a very slow pace, using passive holds in a series of 6 poses. Students are supported by props to enhance or deepen the experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and tension release. Deep breathing and a quiet environment are encouraged.
