When a no-show occurs, I do not have the ability to fill that appointment and can not accommodate the clients who are waiting for an appointment; therefore, the following policy will be in effect immediately and with no exceptions:
Any client who fails to attend their appointment without a 24 hour cancellation communication will be billed for the full amount of the scheduled service(s). This must be paid in full before scheduling future appointments or attending any existing scheduled appointments.
If a client is more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, you will be marked as a no-show and the full amount of the missed service will be billed and must be paid in full before scheduling any future appointments.
Text and email appointment reminders are simply a courtesy. Appointments are the responsibility of the client to remember and attend on time.
After 3 consecutive no-shows to your appointment, I may decide to terminate the client relationship.
